Types of Compactors
Stationary or breakaway compactors are designed for efficient waste management, offering a convenient solution for collecting dry waste material. These ground-mounted compactors are connected to a removable roll-off receiver container, ranging from 15 to 40 cubic yards in capacity. As trash is compacted, it's seamlessly pushed into the receiver container. Once full, the container is easily picked up by a roll-off truck and transported to a disposal facility.

- Perfectly suited for various establishments, including office buildings, department stores, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals.
Apartment Compactor
Designed for high-rise apartment buildings with trash chutes, this type of compactor efficiently manages waste. Waste material from the chutes is compacted into 2 cubic yard containers, which are then collected and emptied by front-end load trash trucks.
- Commonly found in high-rise condominiums, office buildings, apartments, and other establishments utilizing trash chutes.
Vertical Baler
Engineered to efficiently compress discarded cardboard into neat, space-saving bales or bundles. These compacted bales are securely strapped by the baler, ensuring easy handling and transportation.

Self-Contained Compactor
Unlike stationary and breakaway compactors, self-contained compactors combine the compactor and receiver container into one unit, making servicing easier and optimizing space. This streamlined design means the entire unit is serviced by a single roll-off truck.
- Typically used for large volumes of municipal solid waste such as paper, cardboard, plastics, and non-organic materials.
- Ideally suited for servicing commercial operations, including restaurants, nursing homes, schools, resorts, hotels, and department stores.
Vertical Compactor
Ideal for customers with limited space but a high volume of waste, vertical compactors are typically 2-4 cubic yard capacity containers. Serviced by front-end load trash trucks, these compactors use open-top front-end load bins placed underneath while the full containers are being serviced.
